In this NEW and exciting role, supporting our UHC line of business, you will be identifying best practices and implementing the standardization of lean principles.  As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring multiple projects and RFPs (i.e. system migrations) and developing monitoring tools for segment specific letter templates to ensure quality and compliance for adverse utilization management decisions. 

Additional Responsibilities will include: 

• Work closely with Medical Directors, Clinical Leadership and the Compliance team to ensure ongoing quality and compliance with the letter templates


• Conduct, as needed, monitoring of the clinical calls directly related to the utilization management letters


• Assist with the development of workflows and other quality related documents


• Assist with monthly reporting and presentations to the business

Required:

• Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives


• Experience managing tight deadlines and turnaround times


• Experience with quality and compliance


• MS Office proficiency specifically with: Visio, Advanced level Excel, Word, and Intermediate level Access

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree


• Managed Care experience is highly preferred


• Development of workflows is a plus!


• PMP certification


• Six Sigma Green Belt or Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus!


• Business implementation experience is highly preferred
