We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Training Director.

Requirements
Chick-fil-A is currently seeking a dependable, highly organized, highly motivated, enthusiastic person to employ as a Training Director. This person needs to be able to work independently, as well as in a team setting and to hold themselves and others accountable for reaching set goals and standards.
The Training Director is responsible for the training of all newly hired team members, the continued training of all current team members, the overseeing of their training assistants, all required administrative paperwork and assisting in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process.
This position is best suited for someone seeking full-time employment. Additional opportunities will exist outside our location for training directors with availability, flexibility and high levels of competency.
