Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing the health care of all residents, including the dissemination of information to families and staff
* Providing direct supervision to resident care staff
* Assigning weekly blood pressure and weight checks to rotating shifts
* Communicating with physicians regarding resident's status and condition changes
* Providing training and education to resident care staff on an ongoing basis, including classroom in-services and situational training

We seek the following qualifications:
* LPN required
* Two (2) years of related experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Office and e-mail (Microsoft Outlook or Exchange, preferred)
* Basic typing skills
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
