Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking skilled Machine Operators for full-time, direct hire opportunities with a valued local client. If you are a mechanically inclined individual with machine operating experience, apply today! These positions offer full benefits packages and the security of direct placement.
Job Duties:
-Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment
-Follow all SOPs
-Report any issues to shift supervisor
-Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
-Train employees on the different machines
-Coach and provide constructive feedback to employees on the line
Requirements:
-Excellent math and analytic skills
-Strong mechanical aptitude
-Attention to detail
-Minimum two years machine operating experience
-Ability to operate multiple machines
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-High school diploma; technical degree is a plus
