Weekend Warehouse Supervisor

Staffmark is currently hiring both a 1st and 2nd shift warehouse supervisor for our client in Lewisberry, Pa. This shift would be Saturday and Sunday 6am-4pm for 1st shift and 4pm-2am for the 2nd shift.

As an On-site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting one of our large volume customers as a member of our great on-site team. You will support an assigned area with a large volume of temporary employees, handling the day-to-day operations and will work closely with the customer to ensure exemplary results. Must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry.

Capabilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Maintain customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness and customer service

Manage day-to-day operations at on-site location, including daily check-ins and verifications of headcount, coach and counsel temporary employees, facilitate new hire orientations and assist with new employee introductions

Regularly conduct business review meeting with customer to ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
