Requirements
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience of Customer Service for a manufacturer
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with an inventory system such as AS400, MAS200 or comparable
Exceptional customer service skills and follow up
Basic Math and Conversion skills
