Rotates positions as needed to include cutting shoulders, breasts, wings; pulling skin; using a saw, loading product; tray packing and any other position in debone.
Accomplishes quality performance in all responsibilities being performed in a manner which meets or exceeds all line, department, facility, company and USDA guidelines or grading process for a total quality program of continuous process improvement and customer relation.
Meets safety requirements in accomplishing responsibilities of this position complying with all policies or regulations set forth by the Company or various government agencies concerning safety, environment, vehicles, handling of food products, packaging, ingredients and any related items.

Requirements
Must be able to work in a cold, wet and noisy environment. Must be able to work standing for the entire shift. Must be able to use a knife or scissors as needed. Must be able to fulfill rotation schedule (9pm to 6 am) and work overtime as needed.
