Staffmark has an immedicate need for a polished energetic Customer Service Credit Clerk for our client located near the Lancaster, Tx area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service to internal sales team, and accounts, via phone and email.
Manage inbound and outbound calls
Responds to sales team, accounts, and e-com customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Builds and maintain customer relationships through quality customer service and going above and beyond to resolve issues.
Collects payments and records responses.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Works closely with internal departments including Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, Sales, and Finance.
Communicates customer feedback and trends to Sales and Marketing.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma - Required
Some College -- Required
BA Degree -- Preferred
Language Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must pass all Prove It testing.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Strong website navigation skills, strong MS office skills (Excel required), ability to multi-task efficiently.
Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
