Healthcare Support Worker

Manpower is currently hiring a Healthcare Support Worker for one of our clients in Chickasaw, Alabama!

Responsibilities:

Accountable for identifying , developing, and achieving departmental goals, ensuring appropriate linkage between SBU/Corp. function, department and subordinate goals.

Develops and implements programs to ensure the protection of employees while maintaining full compliance with applicable government regulations, permits, UOP HS&E policies and local procedures.

Provide safety and health technical support for the facility.

Oversee's industrial hygiene activities for the Mobile Plan.

Manages all Industrial Hygiene Sampling.

Develops and updates lesson plans and CBT's in support of training for employees in safety and health related matters.

Conduct Contractor Process Safety Management Training for contractors.

Personal Protective Equipment implementation and compliance that includes training, PPE assessments, upkeep of PPE Matrix, and assisting in the upkeep and monitoring of Atmosphere Monitors.

Life Critical Permit compliance that includes auditing all permits, tracking and reporting plant permit accuracy, identifying deficient areas and conducting training if needed, and conducting field audits weekly.

in Site Leadership and Employee Safety Audits.

Manages Emergency Action Plan.

Manages the site Ergonomics Program.

Manages the Rescue Team - organizes drills, sets policy, evaluates training and performance.

Validates Life Critical Compliance on the Production floor.

Qualifications:

High School or equivalent.

6 months related experience.
