AP – A/P – Accounts Payable Accountant

PrideStaff Financial, a specialized Accounting and Finance Staffing Firm, is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant for a large trucking company in the Manteca area. This is a long-term temporary assignment that could become permanent for the right candidate. Pay starts at $16.00/hour!



AP – A/P – Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Description:

As the Accounts Payable Accountant you will report to the Controller. As the Accounts Payable Accountant you main focus will be Full-Cycle Accounts Payable however additional tasks will be added on to include:

Accounts Receivable

General Ledger

Journal Entries

Assist with payroll

Assist with month-end close

Assist with year-end close

Reconciliations



AP – A/P – Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Requirements:

BA in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred

3+ years’ experience as a senior level/high volume full-cycle accounts payables

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word
