Job Responsibilities/Qualifications include but not limited to:
- Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining a well-run and profitable traditional installment loan office
- Interact in a positive, calm and effective manner with the public and existing customers
- Obtain confidential information for loan applications and answer customer questions
- Ability to learn quickly, detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, Saturdays and overtime when required
