We're currently looking for the full and part time Manager.

Tom+Chee is the Grilled Cheese restaurant concept that is on its way to Grilled Cheese domination. We're adding a bunch of new locations this year and still a bunch more in 2015. In short, we're growing, and we are looking for people that are ready to help us grow. We've been featured on The Chew, SharkTank and Man v. Food to name a few. We're looking for resumes and applications that tell us a bit about you. We're looking for Managers with the following qualities:

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Restaurant and/or management experience is preferred.

Language Ability:
Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or crewmembers. Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy information, memos, checklists, safety rules, profit and loss statements and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra to various business functions.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
