Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure local websites optimized for local search (mobile/PC) and connectivity to brookdale.com.
* Maintain content, contact information, hours of operation, and other data across search engines and other listings. Transform local websites into a lead generation platform.
* Develop process and procedures to ensure local content and contact information is up-to-date and can be kept current with any changes.
* Collaborate with digital colleagues to ensure external promotions and investments in media are integrated with local web pages.
* Establish procedures and processes to measure and report website traffic and statistics, including inquires, leads and visits scheduled.
* Manage local websites program budget.
* Ensure local websites are connected to marketing automation platform for lead nurturing and advancement.
* Partner with local communities and regional teams to ensure web sites are used strategically in local efforts, maximizing effectiveness of local search and lead generation.

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* 3-5 years of relevant job experience required
* Three years of work experience in online/digital marketing for large organizations or advertising agencies.
* Experience with working with or within national organizations that have multiple service locations/centers across the country.
