Project Manager – Enterprise Risk Management

Discover Financial Services (“DFS”) is seeking a Project Manager for a newly created role in its Enterprise Risk Management group who will be responsible for helping to establish a consistent risk management framework across all DFS control functions. This position will help to identify industry leading risk practices and enable implementation of such practices across the company.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain various Risk Management policies and standards, including Risk and Control standards and Enterprise Risk Management policy
• Develop training materials and tools for all new and updated policies to ensure they are appropriately implemented by our business partners
• Help to update the risk and control library and hierarchy to ensure consistency among the various business units
• Help to develop the strategy for GRC tool (Archer) as the primary repository of enterprise risks and controls and help to implement on this strategy.
• Develop a standardized process to help ensure compliance with risk management specific regulatory guidance including Supervision and Regulation Letters issued by the Federal Reserve.
• Establish leading practice risk management processes and standards to identify, measure, monitor and manage risk across the enterprise.
• Lead other special projects as identified
