Carlisle Wide Plank Floors is looking for a Web Programmer to work closely with both the Marketing team for the development/maintenance of the public facing Web-Sites and internal customers for development of Intranet applications.
Job Requirements:
* Build and maintain web sites/applications hosted on either Microsoft IIS or Red Hat Linux servers. Ability to administer both is desired.
* Demonstrate proficiency in the following web/software development technologies:
o ASP.NET primarily using VB (C# is a plus but not required)
o MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML4/5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP
o Responsive, mobile design
* Demonstrate understanding of SEO best practices
* Creation of HTML email templates to be used in Marketing Campaigns
o Working Knowledge of Email Service Providers is a plus
* Working Knowledge of Expression Engine CMS
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio
* Edit existing web-sites
* Program websites from a designed mock-up
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team
Skills/Qualifications: Web Savvy, Planning, User Interface Design, Web Programming Skills, Teamwork, Understanding Browser Capabilities, Internet Presence, Verbal Communication.
