The Flex Store Associate is responsible for generating sales by engaging and connecting with customers. The Flex Store Associate may also be responsible for the execution of operational processes including: shipment, replenishment, recovery of the sales floor and fitting room, markdowns, signage and cash wrap maintenance, as well as maintaining standards throughout the store. The Flex Store Associate is a temporary position utilized during peak times of 45 days or less.

Performs all role & responsibilities while demonstrating Brand Ambassador Characteristics & Core Skills:

  • Provides support to fellow employees by helping to complete tasks and/or assisting in customer interactions.
  • Executes all operational processes effectively and efficiently including: shipment processing, replenishment, recovery, markdowns, signage and cash wrap processes.
  • Ensures the stock room is neat, clean and organized at all times.
  • Maintains the sales floor, fitting rooms and cash-wrap areas to meet brand standards.
  • Completes any assignment directed by a leader / MOD that services the customer and achieves efficient store operation.
  • Upholds all company policies as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual, including the Code of Business Conduct and the Employee Policy Guide.

Qualification

  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer focused service on and off the sales floor
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store employees
  • Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instruction and meet deadlines on tasks/projects.
  • Previous experience in retail preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
  • Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom.
  • Ability to meet brand availability requirements.
