Under the direction of the Director of Golf and the Assistant Golf Professionals, the outside services attendants must initiate and demonstrate our goal of “service…service…service.”What you will be doing
- Golf cart attendants (outside services attendants) will most often be the first person to come into contact with our members and guests as they arrive.
- They may also be the last person to see them before they depart.
- Therefore, their role is extremely important to the overall golf operations—especially in regards to first impressions.
- All members and guests shall be treated to memorable and superior customer service—both before and following play.
Requirements
- Must be a service minded individual with a positive attitude who truly enjoys helping others while promoting golf and the resort operations.
- Must be able to adapt and adjust to various situations that occur daily without appearing “flustered”.
- Golf knowledge helpful.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.
