The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative tasks in a manner which will ensure the proper functioning of the Local Care Delivery Network Development Group. This position works under the broad direction of one or more higher level staff members. The work involves dealing professionally with highly confidential information, which requires the staff member to maintain a high level of integrity. This individual will need to be able to function in a team environment with multiple internal constituencies, abstract and fluid environments, and simultaneous deadlines. Also, the individual will need to be a proficient user of PowerPoint and Excel. 


 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service

  • Perform the role of BSL (Business Service Liaison), Supporting Advocacy Operations staff.

  • Complete onboarding and offboarding of operational staff, accurately documenting all steps

  • Provide high quality, consistent service to the various business leaders within the department

  • Be available to provide administrative support as needed by the site leadership including expense reporting, travel request/arrangement, room reservations, building move requests, building access requests, ordering and maintaining office supplies, other tasks as assigned

  • Complete Work From Home Process within standard timeframes

  • Assist with building and maintenance of procedures and job aids for assigned tasks

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • High school education or GED

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, clerical or team support role

  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience and (Word - create correspondence, work within templates, and edit documents; Excel - data entry, sort/filter, basic formulas; PowerPoint - create basic presentations)

  • Must be willing and able to occasionally lift up to 20lbs and stand for more than 2 hours a day

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Customer Service experience

  • BSL experience
