The Customer Service and Technical Support position is an essential role to Whale, for this position will assist in all facets of the company. The positions primary function will be to assist in the day to day operations, while it may also require assistance in other areas. Strong customer service skills, communication, troubleshooting and teamwork are essential, as well as, interpersonal skills and flexibility. The job responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to: *Familiarize and understand company products via brochures, catalogues, website and co-workers. *Customer order Entry *Provide order status, pricing, product availability and shipping details to customers upon request *Provide product information and technical support to customers and end users via phone or email *Update and maintain company database. *Assist in marketing - Dealer and Trade Show organization. *Assist with warehouse functions when needed Requirements: It's helpful to have previous experience in customer service and/or technical support, although it is not required. However, computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook would be beneficial. The key to this position is to have the willingness to learn and enjoy working in a team environment. This is an entry level position.
