Our Leasing Consultants are our first point of contact with prospective clientele; they are both the cutting edge, and the supporting foundation of Oakwood's sales force. Qualified and successful candidates will be ambitious, self-starters with excellent communication skills, and proven records of outstanding customer service/sales experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Friendly interactions throughout the day!
  • Coordinating and conducting tours of the property
  • Completing reference checks on potential residents
  • Preparing leases and move-in paperwork
  • Scheduling resident move-ins
  • Compiling marketing results
  • Completing competitive studies
  • Maintaining a leasing phone log
  • Other administrative and sales duties
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Face to face sales experience in a hospitality or property environment
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be available to work weekends
