Dominium is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant at our 188 unit property in Eden Prairie, MN.
Responsibilities:
- Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents
- Answering telephones
- Recording traffic
- Marketing and outreach
- Qualifications:
- Previous leasing or sales experience required
- Evenings and weekends required
- Yardi software experience preferred
- MS Office experience required
- Looking for candidate with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment.
