Shelco Foundry Division of Gnutti Carlo USA is seeking a Tool Room Machinist for The Machine Shop at Shelco in Jacksonville, Alabama.
Responsibilities Include:
* Machining using conventional machines
* CNC set-up, machining and programming, 4 and 5 axis
* Dimensional inspection, including roundness testing
* Very good knowledge of cutting tools
* Machining fixtures
* Assembly of bronze bushings using temperature control
* Operating EDM machines, wire and ram
* Understanding of part drawings and geometrical tolerances
