Engineer Concentrates

The Engineer Concentrates manages the St Louis Manufacturing, Innovations, and CSI agendas. Develops and maintains the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Concentrate Operations. Identifies and implements manufacturing process improvements designed to increase efficiency of operations and reduce costs.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Manages the development and maintenance of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Concentrate Operations, ensuring constancy of supply for the revenue and profit streams associated with the St Louis operation.
  2. Manages and supports all of the Innovations and/or CSI optimization work. Acts as the primary contact with R&D and Procurement, and oversees CSD and WD innovations from the R&D handoff through Concentrate Manufacturing to commercialization by Field Technical.
  3. Manages and streamlines the DPSG Kosher agenda within the outlined budget.
  4. Leads, develops and implements new or modified processes in response to manufacturing needs and innovations.
  5. Coordinates and executes concentrate plant trials to validate formulas and process parameters.
  6. Monitors department budgets, prepares monthly updates, project correspondence, graphs reports and charts using an array of available software. Manage and prioritize multiple large projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
  • 3 years of process development, engineering, or project management experience
  • 3 years Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, writing functions, V Look-Ups)
