CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
CORESTAFF Services is currently seeking 5 Customer Service Coordinators for a national healthcare company's Tampa, FL location. Must be available to work Monday - Saturdays between the hours of 7:30am-6:30pm
- Must be familiar with call center operations
- Monitor incoming calls in queue waiting for delivery to call center agents
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle redundant and repetitive work
- Attention to detail
- Sense of Urgency
