PrideStaff Financial, a specialized accounting and financial recruiting firm, is seeking experienced Accounting Managers for career opportunities in the North Atlanta area. Good job tenure with a history of growth and advancement within each company is highly preferred.

The Accounting Manager will manage accounting functions and prepare reports and statistics detailing financial results, establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations and supervise professional and clerical accounting employees.

Specific projects for the Accounting Manager include month-end activities, internal reporting, general ledger account reconciliations, assistance in preparation and review of annual budget, assessing staffing requirements and improving processes within the Accounting Department and other special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

-8+ years of relevant experience
-Degree in Accounting or Finance
-Knowledge of GAAP
-Ability to manage multiple individuals and multi-step projects
-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-Background check, drug screen, and possible credit check
-Professional references
