Administrative Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Responsible to ensure every client is greeted and needs are handled
*Responsible for answering all general calls and directing calls to appropriate department
Responsible for taking orders when sales staff is busy and/or requested
Responsible for ensuring orders taken are entered properly
*Responsible for scheduling all shipping, tracking, and/or receivables
*Responsible for maintaining awareness of project status and contacting clients as projects are completed and ensuring shipping, delivery or pickup has been scheduled
*Responsible for contacting client when projects are completed by phone and/or email and verifying shipping arrangements
*Responsible to assisting Owner and VP of Operations with email correspondence and general request
*Willingness to engage projects after hours to meet projected timelines as needed
*Working as a team member with all divisions to achieve the overall goal of the project

This position will be from 9am to 6pm Mon-Friday.
