Our client is a nonprofit established that offers truly unique services, making it one of only a few such centers in the United States offering comprehensive Auditory-Verbal therapy and a full-service Audiology & Hearing Aid Clinic. There is an immediate opening for an Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Audiology Assistant.
This role requires an individual to enter important data in Microsoft Access in an efficient and expeditious manner. You must be detail oriented, showcasing exceptional data entry, proofreading, organization, and oral/written communication. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity that pays $12-$13 an hour. The hourly wage may increase upon permanent hire.
Job Requirements
This is a BILINGUAL position. You must excellent communication skills in BOTH the ENGLISH AND SPANISH langauge.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Access. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Outlook is needed. ( Testing will be provided.)
Extremely efficient typing and proofreading skills. Success in this position requires one to be detail-oriented, meticulous, and passionate exceeding expectation.
Team Player - Client is in search for individuals who works collectively and efficiently with his/her colleagues.
Previous employment in a healthcare environment is a plus, though not a must.
Ability needed to work well in a fast paced environment with stringent deadlines
Exceptional Spanish and English communication. Must be able to interact positively with internal and external clients/patients.
Solid job histories. (No job hoppers please).
Must be a quick study and can work extremely well with little supervision. The client is interested in individuals who can pick up the ball and run through finish line day in and day out.
Responsible, dependable, and reliable candidates needed. Attendance is one of the many keys to the success of this role.
At least a two year degree is desirable.
