About this job


This position works as a Liaison between our International Team, Billing, Pricing, Operations and our customers to ensure that all customer specifications are met. A key focus of this position is timely and effective communication to both internal and external customers in regards to all inquiries.


Build effective relationships with internal and external customers-Customer Facing.

Act as a liaison between Operations, Billing, Pricing and the Customer to ensure that all parties understand all expectations including but not limited the following: SLA (service level agreements), OM requirements, Cost Components, Sell Rates, etc.

Work up International jobs to prepare them for billing. This entails completing a cost and bill analysis for every job to make sure that both our cost and bill components are accurate.

Monitor all incoming customer inquiries to ensure that we send them info they are requesting and answering questions timely.

Analyze AR reports for vendors so that we can follow up on invoices that have not pushed through to "paid" status.

Mentor/job shadow with all pertinent parties to ensure you are up to date with best practices and to continue the growth and development in current role.

Working with peers to ensure optimal flow of workload and coverage in the absence of others.

Travel potentially required.

Will participate in a weekend rotation.

Meet all business unit goals and individual goals/metrics.

Must demonstrate professional behaviors at all times.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma required/Equivalency. • Some college preferred or experience in a Customer Service role equal to college experience. • Excellent Customer Service skills required. Minimum 2 years experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. You must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required. • Excellent problem solving skills required. • Computer skills required including proficiency using Microsoft Office software, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
