About this job
Staffmark is recruiting for a Staff Accountant for our client in Westminster, MD. As a Staff Accountant, you be responsible for assisting the Finance Department by completing assigned responsibilities and special products. Assigned duties and tasks would include but not be limited to:
account reconciliations
Month end closing and reporting
analyzing production and service work orders to insure accuracy and proper coding
preparing balance sheets and P&L Statements
intercompany reconciliations
accounts receivable
accounts payable
Hours for the position are M-F 8am-430pm

Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree
-At least 3 years of accounting experience
-Prior experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
-Experience working for a global company with SAO ERP a plus
-A solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting principals
