Job Summary
Our Haverhill, MA facility is currently recruiting for 1 Die-Cutter Operator. Candidates must have experience of setting up and operating Machine/Die-Cutter and must be capable of reading, understanding and following Simple Work Instructions and Standard operating Procedures. The ideal candidates will be flexible to work overtime.
Responsibilities
*Set up, operate, prepare and assist in set-up of machine.
*Start machines to verify setups, and make any necessary adjustments.
*Adjust machine controls to alter position, alignment, speed, or pressure.
*Remove completed materials or products from cutting machines, and stack or store them for additional processing.
*Exercising independent judgment while operating a die cutter, ensures that products are cut in accordance with job specifications and quality standards.
*Follow production schedule documentation
*Able to work with minimal supervision
*Able to use simple measuring equipment

*Minimum education level High school diploma or a GED
*5+ year experience in as Die-Cutter operator
*Must be able to pass a background check
*Must be able to work with a wide diversity of individuals while meeting deadlines.
*Physical demands will be significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling and frequent bending. Generally the job requires 15% walking, and 85% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and a generally hazard-free environment.
