• Train and develop heart of the house team in all areas of cost control
• Ensure all products are prepared and served according to company standards; utilizing only authorized products and procedures
• Supervise assigned staff to deliver outstanding products and services that meet and exceed our guests’ expectations
• Perform regular kitchen line, food safety, and temperature checks to ensure overall efficiency of restaurant kitchen operations
• Ensure all financial and administrative reporting is accurate and submitted accordingly
