Looking for an experienced and professional candidate to join our team of hospitality professional as a Lead Maintenance.What you will be doing
- Supervising the implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs
- Monitoring life safety systems and utilities
- Assisting in the administration of the division in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and employees.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a similar role.
- Flexible availability including working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- This is a full time position working 30-40 hours per week (occasional overtime).
