Primary oversight of our Skilled Nursing Services in our CCRC communities in AL,FL, KY, NC, SC, WV - 10 communities total.

Key responsibilities include:
* Successfully manage healthcare needs and opportunities
* Responsible for clinical outputs, putting plans in place, and working with the community teams
* Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
* Maintains Brookdale's quality improvement and compliance programs
* Educate employees regarding the corporate commitment to all laws, regulations, and guidelines of the company, state, and federal programs

We seek the following qualifications:
* RN License in good standing within the state
* 3 years recent experience in skilled, subacute and long term care experience required, Director of Nursing or ADON expertise/experience preferred
* Must have Skilled Nursing experience
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Strong communication skills necessary and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
* Proven comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare quality assurance requirements and processes
* Experience in hiring and training nurses for retirement communities
