PrideStaff is currently seeking an Account Coordinator for a position in the Glenview, IL. The position is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. The main responsibility of the Account Coordinator is to provide customer service support to clients throughout the whole order process. Account Coordinator will be assigned specific accounts and will be working with various customers/clients around the globe.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing quotes and bids based upon customers inquiry

  • Review, analyze, and approve international customer orders according to the pre-established guidelines set with the company

  • Maintain communication with all parties involved (customer, vendors/suppliers, distributors, freight forwarders and agents overseas) to assure the transport of product

  • Produce a complete set of export documents for each order, customizing it to meet individual customer needs and countries requirement

  • Provide support to sales and management team by introducing new products to customers

    Requirements:

  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English)!

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working within the logistics/transportation field or related industry

  • Must have experience with order processing

  • Having import/export knowledge is a plus
