Customer Service Representative/Data Entry

Aurico is a background/drug test and reference researching/administation company. They administer DT/BG for clients as well as prepare reports for references and employment verifications to compare to a candidates application to indicate any red flags. They are growing incredibly and this is their entry level position and there is great opportunity for growth in the company.

Over the past 2 years they have expanded from 40 some employees to at this point about 80+

****IMPORTANT CHANGES**** From the job description below they will begin as an interview specialist where they will conduct only the interview portion and produce the reports from their findings. They will eventually cross train to learn the other piece as well. This is a change that has been made in order increase efficiency and reduce training time

Researchers
Job description:
? Researching companies that are current and former employers of an applicant.
? Locating contact information in order to verify employment and conduct interviews.
? Constructing reports in the proprietary data base.
? Working with the Researcher Administrator to create quality reports.

Duties:
? Responsible for completing a designated quota of assignments in a designated time frame.
? Researching assigned employers to locate the appropriate contacts to gather the required information.
? Contacting Human Resources or the proper source to verify employment.
? Contacting former supervisors and co-workers and conducting interviews pertaining to job performance.
? Creating an Employment Report in the proprietary database, paying close attention to detail.
? Informing the Research Administrator and/or Management of any issues that arise.

-They will do a lot of shadowing and work with the manager to go over expectations
-After shadowing they will work with a manual and trainer
-Ramp up to full performance expectation is typically 3-4 weeks training and beginning the job
