What you will be doing

• Serve food & beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to IHR's high standards of quality.
• Set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms.

Requirements

• Must be knowledgeable of event menu items and their contents, appropriate table settings and service ware, and the correct preparation and garnishing methods.
• Basic English language communication skills.
• Able to carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout a shift. 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays business demands.
