The Recovery Resolution Consultant will be responsible for Managing the Central Region for Recovery and Subrogation services.  Position will be responsible for managing identifications and recoveries of overpayments both internally and externally. This position will be responsible for running and analyzing reports to determine how we can meet our Health Plan Recovery targets along with any gaps in identification and recoveries.  This position will work closely with each Health Plan along with vendors to help educate and create a recovery strategy to meet the targeted goals. In this position, a successful candidate possesses strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Working Hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • 1+ years of Healthcare Claims/Recovery experience
  • Advanced MS Excel experience 
  • Basic MS Access experience
  • Process Development and Mapping experience (i.e. mapping out workflow for changes to existing as well as new processes)
Assets:
  • 1+ year of experience on one of the following Claims Platforms; Diamond, FACETS or COSMOS
  • Familiarity with the OptumInsight Recovery Operation including the ODAR application
  • Familiarity with different OptumInsight products/services
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Commutable distance to Omaha, NE site
