About this job
Aerotek is partnerning with a client who will need 50+ individuals to support their Customer Service/Help Desk department for the upcoming tax season. This is a seasonal position and will last from December 2014 - Spring 2014. The time between Jan 2015 - March 2015 will be the busiest time period for this customer. An ideal candidate will have strong organizational and customer service experience. We are seeking candidates with the following skills:
- Inbound customer service
- Good computer skills
- Flexibility on shifts
