About this job
Looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant/Document Specialist. This role would be an eclectic one within the firm. Here are some of the basic requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred
- Approximately 3-5 years work experience; preferably in a legal, financial or corporate environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office XP 2010
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or Nuance PDF Converter
- Knowledge of Workshare, DTE, Digital Tape Transcription and InterAction is a plus
- Experience with workflow management system (e.g., FileSite)
- Knowledge of Legal MacPac, DocXTools and Best Authority helpful
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a "can-do" attitude
- A customer service-oriented/self-starter who continually goes beyond what is required
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
Hours: 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm (but must be flexible to handle irregular hours as necessary)
