We are looking to hire talented and professional entry-level individuals to be Customer Experience Specialists as part of our Client Services team. Customer Experience Specialists are an essential point of contact for resolving any customer issues and ensuring a pleasant experience for every single client. We're looking for people who understand how important the user experience is and has strong interpersonal, cross-functional, and verbal communication skills. As we're a growing startup, we need individuals who can adeptly work and adapt in an unstructured, fast changing environment. Responsibilities -Proactively monitor and support all appointment related questions, issues, concerns, or complaints -Assist in billing issues -Engage in high-pressure calls and emails to/from clients and partners. -Cross communicate between partners and clients -Assist clients with filing claims -Maintain and settle escalated issues / complaints via Social Media channels -Communicate issues to our Operations Managers or Communications/PR team as necessary What we're looking for: -College graduates who have an aptitude and enthusiasm to learn the ins and outs of a fast moving startup -Motivated and driven professionals who thrive under high pressure situations and have an interest developing and maintaining client relationships -Detail oriented individuals with high energy and are fast learners -Individuals with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills -Experience working with customer service at a company or startup is a huge plus although not required If this position sounds interesting to you, please send in a copy of your resume!
