Job Description

• The Global Trade Agreement (ISDA) Coordination Function (the "Coordinator") is a role essential to the process of executing trading agreements, which is the first step necessary to onboard client accounts and funds that trade derivatives.
• The successful candidate will work closely with Legal and the Front Office teams to coordinate the requirements from the investment teams, as well as coordinate CSA and Collateral requirements for trading agreements such as ISDA/CSA, CDEA, CCA, and MCAs.
• The function has a global reach and the ability to manage shared resources across multiple locations and teams is essential.

Job Requirements

• 5-10 years financial services experience
• Must be a self-starter who can act quickly and accurately on their own initiative.
• Needs to possess an in depth knowledge of Sales and Trading, with an expertise in derivatives transactions. Prior front office experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of trading agreement documentation (ISDA/CSA/CDEA/MCA/Clearing) and the mitigation of risk associated with it.
• Solid understanding of risk/control environments with proven track record.
• Should have interpersonal and client-relationship skills and ability to interact with very senior individuals both internally and externally.
• Ability to manage a high quantity of tasks simultaneously and understand how to prioritize .
• Good Business Analyst skills and ability to understand and document business requirements from a trading perspective.
• The ability to build networks globally and regionally to assist in the timely resolution of issues across functions, time zones as well as locally.
• An ability to be flexible and proactive in solving problems and issues.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
