Overview:

158396 - Jacksonville, FL

The Human Resources Applications Support will include, but are not limited to, the first response for the HR Applications helpdesk to assist associates with inquiries related to HR applications including, ADP”s HR/Payroll, Cybershift’s Time and Attendance system, iCIMS Applicant Tracking system; iPay, ElementK’s Learning Management system, Success Factors Performance Management / Succession Planning system and both Management and Employee Self Service (MSS / ESS). In addition, the position is responsible for supporting inquiries for benefits, verifications of employment and unemployment claims. Additional support for HRIS Analysts and HR Analysts in the organization is also expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Researches, responds, and/or distributes all requests sent to the HR Applications helpdesk related to benefits, learning development, recruiting, payroll, time and leave, VOE’s.
  • Supports HR change management by assisting associates with new HR systems and processes.
  • Completes government agency verification of employment inquiries
  • Compiles subpoena data per General Counsel requests.
  • Serves as ADP iPay system administrator
  • Analyzes, tracks and reconciles Tuition Reimbursement Program
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Three years administrative experience.
  • Five years broad Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP HR application experience.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with others.
  • Must be able to use telephone, copier, shredder, paper cutter and postage machine.
  • Should possess strong MS Office skills.
  • Must possess good written and communication skills along with excellent organizational interpersonal skills.
  • Must present a professional image and be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
