Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in organizing activity programs at the community level for our residents and their families
* Promoting resident socialization
* Expanding residents' special interests
* Increasing residents' physical activity
* Continuing residents' education

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
* Six months of previous related experience
* Knowledgeable in evaluating resident needs
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
* Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
* Flexible with schedule; ability to work weekends
