About this job
Looking to add a junior/assistant superintendent to their project in Miami, FL. They were trying to run the job with one senior Superintendent but the work and scope is getting to much to handle. They will be responsible for coordinating the subs on site, recording milestones, reporting to the superintendent, ensuring who is on site (subs that are supposed to be working) ensuring safety protocol is being observed. Writing construction reports on site progress. Attending owner and progress meetings.
