Maintenance Technician Job Description

Maintenance technician will be responsible performing all maintenance functions and or services needed on a daily basis.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Repair mechanical and electrical components and equipment
• Maintain boiler and compressor in facility
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and preventative maintenance for HVAC systems
• Maintenance associate will use hand and power tools to fix, repair, and install equipment

 

Ideal Maintenance Technician Candidates

• 1 year experience preferred with Boilers, HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical
• Possess current HVAC certification preferred not required
• Required to work 30-40 feet up in the air
• Good people skills; able to interact with customers daily
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

 

Pay Rate: $10.00-$18.00 per hour

Hours: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Monday-Friday, some weekends
