This is an inbound call center so you will be answering phones and assisting customers seeking online travel reservation support. Duties include account management, issue resolution and helping with making reservations for hotel, air, and car services. We need customer care agents who are ready to help travelers by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an outstanding opportunity to get in on the ground level with a cutting edge company that offers excellent benefits, while you work in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
Skills Required:
Must be bilingual in one of the following languages: Portugueseand Spanish.
Strong computer skills and 6 months of customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
Ability to work directly with customers to resolve issues with travel and booking.
MUST have flexible schedule to work full-time between the hours of 5am to midnight, Monday - Sunday
