Primary Responsibilities:
- Reconciling eligibility discrepancies, analyzing
transactional data & submitting retroactive eligibility changes - Working error reports after eligibility files are put in
production - Loading new member or group data into the enrollment
database & update the database with changes - Working with various types of member correspondence
- Reconciling eligibility discrepancies, analyzing

- Working with underwriters and brokers and do the full
enrollment process from inquiries to quotes - Work is frequently completed without established
procedures - Works independently but also is a team player
- May act as a resource for others
- May coordinate others activities
- Participate in ongoing eligibility audits and ID card
audits.
Extensive work experience within own function.
Requirements
Requirements:
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- 2+ years of experience in an office setting environment
using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job
duties - An education level of at least a high school diploma or
GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience - Authorization to work in the United States
- Available to work 40 hours per week within the operating
hours of the site - 1+
year experience with Windows PC applications, which
includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications 1+
year experience - Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
- Ability to understand
multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
Assets:
- Health Insurance background preferred but not required
Soft Skills:
- Prior stable work experience
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though
tasks may be repetitive
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer
- Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
