We are working with a manufacturing company is looking for an office administrator. Their main responsibilities will include:


- Supports Operations Manager with HR requirements such as regular and temporary employee staffing, new hire processing/orientation, drug testing, payroll, employee changes, termination paperwork, and attendance tracking. Assist employees with questions or direct them to the appropriate contact.
- Supports Operations Manager with Finance requirements such as accounts payable, stamp, code, and log invoices, and purchase orders.
- Supports Operations Manager with Safety requirements such as DOT compliance, OSHA recordkeeping, workers compensation, and the safety award program.
- Support Operations Manager with administrative requirements such as managing and ordering office supplies, answering telephones, opening and sorting mail, shipping packages, filing, working with the cleaning company and greeting visitors.
- Support Operations Manager with project administration requirements such as copy and label drawings, assemble drawings for shop, updating quality issue cards in database, and update Master Builder Sequence database.
- Researches, recommends and develops processes that create timely and efficient administrative workflow.
- Ensures compliance with corporate procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records and serves as a liason between the field location and the corporate office
- Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinates activities of various departments or workers within the office.
- Communicate with customers and outside vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment

Must have previous experience with HR and payroll
