Production Worker

The Production Worker is responsible for working on production lines and to assist in producing quality products.

Shift and Schedule

***This is a unionized facility and shift assignments are based on seniority as well as business needs. There is no guarantee of shift or hours due to the changing needs of the business / production schedule.***
This is a full time permanent position and will need to be flexible to work on all shifts depending on the production schedule and seniority. This position will work on the 2nd shift the majority of the time which typically begins at 3:30pm. You may be asked to work either the 1st shift or 3rd shift depending on the production schedule and seniority. The 1st shift typically begins at 5:00am and our 3rd shift typically begins at 10:30pm.

Pay Rate
The starting rate of pay for this position is $14.85 per hour.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available.
  2. Operate production equipment in a timely manner, efficient manner in order to produce quality product.
  3. Perform quality checks.
  4. Visually inspect production run and document results.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe working area at all times.
  6. Identify production line equipment and maintenance needs.
  7. Keep production lines running smoothly.

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 35 pounds repeatedly
