What you will be doing
- Greet and direct guests to Breakfast Buffet, courteously and efficiently according to set standards. Provide information to any guest or visitor inquiry.
- Set up, organize, and maintain breakfast items in a timely manner; maintain cleanliness at all times.
- Set up and organize work station with designated supplies, forms and resource materials; maintain cleanliness at all times.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all breakfast items and set-up requirements.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct use of equipment.
- Be familiar with daily house count, expected business levels.
- Be familiar with all hotel services/facilities and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately. Promote positive guest relations. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Complete additional duties/tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate satisfactorily in English with guests/visitors, management and co-workers, to their understanding.
- This is a five day, 30-hour per week position. Primarily working from 5:00am -- 11:00am. Scheduling flexibility is a must!
